Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a SIOP Analyst to join the American Performance Division in Bowling Green, KY. The role coordinates the division's monthly demand plan by consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing, delivering forecast insights and risk guidance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years in supply chain analytics, SIOP, forecasting, or data analytics.
• Experience with consensus/SIOP processes.
• Knowledge of forecasting methods and planning parameters.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience with an ERP system and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly SIOP cycle consolidating inputs into one demand plan.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and materials for reviews; present risks and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment with corporate SIOP standards and cadence.
• Drive accountability across brands and functions.
• Develop forecasts across brands; segment models for demand.
• Build dashboards and reporting for SIOP visibility (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DAX).
• Automate data prep, model refresh, and exception reporting.
• Partner with IT to keep data clean and integrated with ERP.
