Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a detail-oriented SIOP Analyst to join the American Performance Division in Nashville or Bowling Green. You will own the monthly SIOP cycle, build demand forecasts across five brands, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, maintain forecasting models, and collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–5 years in supply chain analytics, SIOP, demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
• Experience supporting a consensus, SIOP/S&OP process.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with forecasting software and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly SIOP cycle across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service inputs.
• Prepare dashboards and materials for monthly demand reviews; present risks and opportunities to division leadership.
• Maintain alignment with corporate SIOP standards and drive plan accountability across brands.
