Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, economics, statistics, data analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, or related analytics role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts, and large data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify trends and translate data into business recommendations.
• Effective written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts at product, customer, and SKU levels.
• Analyze historical sales, demand trends, seasonality, promotions, new-product introductions, lifecycle changes.
• Review forecast performance and identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias; monitor planning metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to incorporate market intelligence into forecasts.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to support inventory levels and product availability.
• Assist with monthly demand-planning and S&OP activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating forecast changes and impact.
