Job summary

Holley Performance Products, Inc. is seeking a SIOP Analyst in Ogden, UT to drive the division's demand planning process across five brands. You will turn data into forecast-ready insights, build models, and deliver dashboards that guide supply decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain planning parameters, monitor forecast accuracy, and help align ERP data. A background in supply chain analytics and advanced Excel/BI skills are required, with 2–5 years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years in supply chain analytics or demand planning.
• Experience supporting a SIOP/S&OP process.
• Knowledge of forecasting methods and planning parameters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly SIOP cycle across inputs.
• Develop forecasts and dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze inventory and optimize targets.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and reporting systems.
• Create guidance and playbooks for forecasting standards.
