Job summary

PurgeRite is seeking an experienced SIOP Director to plan, execute, and close projects while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Lead a cross-functional team to drive demand and supply alignment, financial reviews, and process improvements across complex hydronic systems for national clients.

Responsibilities include leading the 4-week SIOP cadence, optimizing planning processes, and delivering actionable KPIs and reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with order processing systems and enterprise planning platforms (Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO, or Oracle).
• Financial forecasts, P&L commitments, and cost-reduction initiatives demonstrated.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior Directors/VPs.
• Ability to structure ill-defined problems, synthesize data, and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated urgency to meet monthly planning cadences and revenue commitments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: lead monthly 4-week SIOP cadence including demand, supply, financial review, and executive decisions.
• Demand & Supply Alignment: produce data-driven insights; reflect lifecycle transitions and scenarios.
• Process Optimization: reduce SIOP cycle times; document SOPs and playbooks for scalable planning.
• Inventory & Asset Management: manage inventory health with Finance/Procurement; monitor DIO.
• Data Analysis & KPI Ownership: own KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Plan Adherence, Revenue Attainment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: build relationships across Sales Ops, Offering Mgmt, Operations, Procurement, Eng, Finance.
• Systems & Transformation: implement/planning systems for scenario modeling and governance.
