Real Property Management Vesta is seeking a Property Manager for a portfolio of single-family homes in Middle Georgia. The role focuses on leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, owner communication, and resident relations, with a strong emphasis on organization and proactive service.

You will manage multiple properties, respond to inquiries, coordinate turnover, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to portfolio performance with accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential property management preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Resident Management: Prepare and post listings, process applications, conduct move-in/move-out evaluations, renewals, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintenance & Turnover: Coordinate routine maintenance, ensure timely work orders, and manage make-ready after move-outs.
• Financial & Compliance: Track delinquent accounts, communicate with residents/owners, initiate evictions when needed, and maintain records in compliance with housing laws.
• Owner & Team Support: Serve as primary contact for owners and collaborate with internal teams to support portfolio performance.
