Job summary

A property management company is seeking a driven Regional Property Manager to oversee properties across multiple locations in Georgia. You will manage recruitment, training, and development of Property Managers while working closely with the executive team. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of property management experience, including at least 3 years in a regional role and proficiency with Yardi software. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Property Management experience required.
• At least 3 years of Regional Property Manager experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Yardi software.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish communication systems among Property Managers and corporate office.
• Perform daily site visits to ensure smooth operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise employees in line with company policies.
• Deliver performance evaluations for supervised employees.
• Monitor and improve marketing activities and recommend rent schedules.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Audit property administrative and maintenance areas for compliance.
• Resolve resident issues promptly with excellent customer service.
• Inspect properties to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
• Approve expenditures within budgetary limits.
• Negotiate and evaluate contracts for recommendations.
• Revise property management documentation as needed.
• Accountable for property performance and goals.
