Job summary

Pratt in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Module Facer Operator to support single-facer production and assist wet-end and dry-end operations. You will setup, operate, clean, and suggest process improvements to keep production efficient and safe.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, prior corrugated industry experience, and at least 6 months on the dry end and 6 months as a Doublebacker Operator. We offer full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.
• 6 months experience on the dry end of the corrugator.
• 6 months experience as a Doublebacker Operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate single-facers to maximize production and quality.
• Verify wet end line-ups and roll stock.
• Load rolls, perform splices, and manage core sizes.
• Maintain board quality and adjust during runs.
• Submit maintenance work orders as needed.
• Assist in wet end training of Doublebacker and dry end staff.
• Follow safety policies and maintain housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
