Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a production operator to manage single-facer operations, assist wet end and dry end processes, and participate in maintenance requests. You will verify rolls, perform splices, and ensure quality throughout runs in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prefer prior corrugated industry experience, with 6 months on the dry end and Double Backer Operator roles. Lift truck licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Corrugated industry experience preferred.
• 6 months experience on the dry end preferred.
• 6 months experience as a Double Backer Operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the single-facers to maximize production and quality.
• Verify wet end line-ups and correct roll stock.
• Perform splices and roll changes with proper size and grade.
• Monitor board quality and adjust as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in all areas.
