Job summary

Synertex LLC is looking for Simulation Training Instructors (STI) in Tillicum, WA, to operate and instruct on simulation systems. Candidates will ensure effective mission rehearsal and crew training for Army units.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.
• 3+ years of experience as an instructor or operator.
• Familiarity with TADSS operations and Army training doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct on simulation systems including EST, CFFT, VCOT.
• Deliver training to units applying doctrinal standards.
• Maintain system readiness and perform maintenance.
• Assist in scenario development and training exercise setup.
• Ensure compliance with Army regulations and safety procedures.
