Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services in Washington state seeks an on-site program manager to lead contract staff delivering simulations and training for Army mission command programs at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

The role requires a BS or BA, brigade or battalion commander experience, a SECRET clearance, and 10+ years supervising teams. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and government officials to ensure high-quality, responsive training across live, virtual, and gaming environments.

Responsibilities

• On-site manager of contract staff providing simulations support to military units training at the Mission Training Complex, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.
• Support the Army Mission Command Training Support Program preparing soldiers, staffs, units, and leaders for operations in a joint or combined environment.
• Plan and conduct small to large distributed exercises in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming environments.
• Serve as the single point of contact between the contractor, teaming partners and customers with full authority for on-site decision-making.
• Lead the deliberate mission analysis process in coordination with stakeholders, defining objectives and priorities, coordinating projects and resolving problems.
