Job summary

Synertex LLC is seeking Simulation Training Instructors (STIs) to operate, maintain, and instruct using Army TADSS across multiple installations. In this role you will support training exercises, ensuring realistic, safe, and effective mission rehearsal for Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.

You will work with EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, and UGT-I systems, deliver standardized training, perform routine maintenance, and assist in scenario development while complying with Army regulations and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an instructor, operator, or staff member supporting Army training systems.
• Familiarity with TADSS operations and Army training doctrine (TC 3-20.31).
• Strong instructional, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel or be assigned to multiple installations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct simulation systems (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).
• Deliver training to units applying doctrinal and tactical standards.
• Maintain system readiness and perform routine troubleshooting.
• Assist in scenario development and exercise setup.
• Ensure compliance with Army regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with TSC Leads and other instructors to optimize training support.
