Job summary

Campbell University’s Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine seeks a Simulation Technician to provide technical and logistical support for simulation and clinical skills delivery at the Simulation Center.

The role includes AV/IT maintenance, inventory, and collaboration with faculty and clinical directors to optimize the use of high-fidelity simulators and task trainers for education and training across health programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in clinical simulation/IT.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; troubleshoot basic hardware/software (Windows/Mac).
• Experience with health-related learning tech and simulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OSCE, SIM, and classroom schedules as per SIM Center policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, equipment, and supplies.
• Set up simulation and training equipment to meet faculty and student needs.
• Operate computer hardware and AV recording systems; support simulation equipment adjustments as needed.
• Assist faculty with preparation and implementation of patient simulator modules.
