• Provide general support and troubleshooting for medical simulation gear.
• Support learners and faculty in using instructional media and equipment.
• Maintain simulation equipment documentation.
• Prepare the simulation environment to reflect clinical settings.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of preparation and storage areas.
