Job summary

Qualifications

• CHSOS certification is preferred; if not held, exam within 24 months of eligibility.
• Experience with simulation management and video capture platforms, LMS, and IP-based AV systems.
• Knowledge of clinical terminology, medical equipment, and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate simulators, calibration, and AV systems during live sessions; troubleshoot faults.
• Set up rooms, equipment, moulage, and supplies per scenario specifications; track inventory.
• Pilot test scenarios, document timing and equipment problems, and support staff.
• Maintain equipment readiness, logs, and preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Ensure confidentiality of recordings and data; coordinate with IT on security.
