Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Site & Simulation Operations Manager at the Trinity Hospital Partner Site in Ann Arbor, MI. You will manage on-site operations, ensure readiness of simulation labs, and partner with faculty to deliver high-quality hands-on learning experiences.

The role supports OSCEs, competency assessments, and event planning, with a focus on efficient delivery and exceptional student experiences in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination.
• Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site operational lead for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery and coordinate daily site activities.
• Prepare simulation labs, classrooms, and mobile learning environments for scheduled instructional activities and assist with setup.
• Partner with faculty to anticipate instructional and simulation needs and support labs, simulations, and assessments.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of simulation equipment, PPE, and technology; ensure AV and IT readiness.
