Job summary

Augusta University’s SPEAR Center seeks a Simulation Operations Specialist to serve as the primary operational lead for simulation activities. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and close out events with hands-on leadership, guiding assistants and technicians to ensure a high-quality, safe learning environment.

You will manage workflows, equipment, and documentation, escalating system issues to the appropriate specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with related experience.
• Strong knowledge of simulation operations and educational environments.
• Proficiency with simulation technologies, AV systems, and basic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate simulation events from planning through completion.
• Lead event execution, direct staff, and ensure learner safety and experience.
• Maintain ready-to-run simulation environments and equipment.
