Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in clinical or medical simulation environments.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting audio visual or clinical equipment.
• Ability to learn new software and hardware quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates simulation activities within the assigned geographical area including scheduling and LMS utilization.
• Administers approved system-wide simulation programs to meet outlined objectives.
• Generates reports for KPIs and supports process improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provides oversight to scenario setup in coordination with content experts and facilitators.
• Maintains inventory of simulation consumables and ensures timely equipment repair with clinical engineering.
