Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in technology, education, health professions or related field.
• 1 year minimum experience in healthcare simulation; 2+ years in IT/technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to lift and move equipment up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the simulation center and labs.
• Set up, restock, and break down equipment stations for courses.
• Collaborate with faculty to determine educational needs each semester.
• Program, test, and run simulation scenarios with instructors.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical equipment; escalate as needed.
• Manage inventory and install hardware/software updates.
