Qualifications

• RN with unencumbered Texas license.
• BSN degree required to practise in the HPLC role.
• Experience with healthcare simulation or teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize needs for skills activities and high-fidelity scenarios.
• Operate simulation tech and program high-fidelity manikins; report performance.
• Assist faculty to create realistic learning settings and supply needs.
• Verify medications and maintain automated dispensing tooling for labs.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and EHR content as part of coursework.
• Support SP training and provide feedback to faculty on performance.
• Remediate student performance with additional practice as needed.
• Collect data and generate reports on course effectiveness.
