Go1 is seeking a designer to craft realistic workplace simulations that evaluate applied capability and behaviour. You will translate policies into fair assessment experiences and collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, and SMEs to refine simulations.

The role focuses on scenario writing and testing conversational experiences, with an emphasis on believable dialogue and effective assessment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, scenario-based learning, or behavioural assessment.
• Strong scenario-writing skills and an ear for nuanced, believable dialogue.
• Confidence testing and refining spoken or conversational experiences.
