Job summary

The Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) Auburn Campus seeks a Simulation Center Coordinator to provide high‑quality administrative support to the Center for Simulation and Technology. You will handle purchase orders, department finances, inventory, and surveys, plus front desk duties in a fast-paced environment.

Regular attendance is essential; prior experience with Microsoft Office and AV systems is preferred. Background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to produce/manipulate reports and manage large databases.
• Respond quickly to ad hoc admin requests within a fast-paced office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AV archiving and Laerdal software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative staff for the Center for Simulation and Technology.
• Maintain purchase orders, department finances, inventory, and surveys.
• Perform front desk duties and general clerical tasks; coordinate schedules.
