Job summary

Neolix US is building a Silicon Valley frontier autonomous-driving team to advance real-world last-mile delivery with cutting-edge sim2real work. You will design and extend simulation environments (CARLA, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo) and build synthetic-data pipelines for sensor modalities (camera, LiDAR, radar).

Your work will focus on closing the reality gap and transferring models from simulation to the real vehicle.

Qualifications

• Direct autonomous driving industry experience from top-tier AV programs (Waymo, Cruise, Tesla, Zoox, or XPENG).
• Proven experience building or heavily utilizing a simulator (CARLA, Isaac Sim, Gym, MuJoCo, Drake, Genesis, or in-house).
• Deep understanding of synthetic-data pipelines (procedural scenes, sensor sim, domain randomization).
• Hands-on sim2real transfer experience (sim-trained → real robot/vehicle) with clear mitigation of the reality gap.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulation environments and pipelines for last-mile delivery scenarios.
• Lead sim2real transfer and reduce the reality gap for model deployment.
• Focus on docking, unloading, curbside precision, and adverse conditions in simulation-to-vehicle transfer.
