Neolix US is building a Silicon Valley frontier autonomous-driving team to advance real-world last-mile delivery with cutting-edge sim2real work. You will design and extend simulation environments (CARLA, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo) and build synthetic-data pipelines for sensor modalities (camera, LiDAR, radar).
Your work will focus on closing the reality gap and transferring models from simulation to the real vehicle.
Neolix is a global leader in L4 autonomous driving, with over 30,000 proprietary autonomous logistics vehicles (RoboVans) deployed across 300+ cities in 15+ countries and ~200 million autonomous kilometers logged.
In June 2026, Neolix ranked #1 globally in last-mile autonomous delivery on the Road to Autonomy Index—scoring 74.7, ahead of Starship Technologies (73.7), Serve Robotics, and Coco. Built by Autnmy AI and calculated/distributed by S&P Dow Jones Indices (refreshed every 12 hours), this index is based strictly on regulatory disclosures, financial reports, and verified operational records—not self-reported marketing. We are building a Silicon Valley frontier autonomous-driving team for Neolix. As our Sim2Real Engineer, you will build the training ground—using simulation and synthetic data to teach models to handle the real-world long tail. Your sharp focus will be on last-mile delivery scenarios that are difficult and expensive to collect on-road.
The highest-value long tail for us is at the "last meter": loading/unloading, precise curbside docking, navigating around pedestrians and pets, and handling flooded roads—exactly the scenarios our fleet has flagged as pain points.
