Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding of SIM technologies and telecom fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of provisioning systems and OSS/BSS flows.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support SIM provisioning, activation, deactivation, replacement, and updates.
• Monitor SIM and device systems for errors, alerts, and performance issues.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and elevate incidents as needed.
• Maintain logs, trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with device engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Follow security, compliance, and configuration standards.
