• Understanding of SIM technologies and telecom fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of provisioning systems and OSS/BSS flows.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support SIM provisioning, activation, deactivation, replacement, and updates.
• Monitor SIM and device systems for errors, alerts, and performance issues.

• Monitor SIM and device systems for errors, alerts, and performance issues
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and elevate incidents as needed
• Maintain logs, trackers, reports, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with device engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
• Follow security, compliance, and configuration standards
