Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Circuit Design, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Working knowledge of the design, execution, and analysis of experiments.
• Knowledge of circuit design and test, solid state device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the implications of electrical characteristics and performance on yield and product behavior.
• Affinity for quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introductions: launching Silicon Photonics devices with performance targets.
• Master Device Performance: analyze sensitivity curves affecting electrical and optical product excellence.
• Lead with Precision: orchestrate New Product Introduction workloads - first time right.
• Collaborate with Electrical Characterization Team to set up SPC controls and monitoring.
• Innovate Through Analysis: use data, failure analysis, and device knowledge for improvements.
• Accelerate Improvements: partner with Test, Integration, and Process Modules to deliver enhancements.
• Champion Customer Success: support customer engineering to meet expectations.
• Boost Manufacturing Excellence: contribute to process module engineering to reduce costs and cycle times.
