Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing programs, products or methodologies in semiconductor or photonics industries.
• Understanding of silicon photonics, product lifecycle, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own senior customer relationships and executive stakeholder alignment for SiPh programs; establish governance cadence and escalation paths.
• Translate SiPh product-line strategy into an integrated portfolio execution plan; drive prioritization and dependencies across functions.
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery across feature definition, design enablement, test strategy, packaging readiness, qualification, and manufacturing handoff.
• Define and run program/portfolio governance; maintain integrated master schedules; manage risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead multi-site teams across design, test, packaging, quality, reliability, operations, and supply chain to align resources and priorities.
• Set qualification strategy, readiness gates, and acceptance criteria with Quality/Reliability and customers; drive closure of gaps before production release.
• Provide demand and build-plan visibility and surface cost/schedule/technical trade-offs for stakeholder decisions.
