Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or Optics.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or Optics.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology solutions for integrating novel materials into SiPh foundry flows.
• Perform device simulations, define process stacks, and oversee layout and test of R&D vehicles.
• Coordinate across design, process integration, and packaging teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead development projects with early customers, suppliers, universities, and research consortia.
