Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose is seeking a Silicon NPI Business Process Manager to standardize and scale how Cisco brings pioneering networking silicon from tape-out through production ramp.

You will design, deploy, and govern end-to-end operational processes across prototype planning, supplier forecasting, supply commits, and phase-gate readiness, plus build RACI frameworks and dashboards to empower SCPMs in fast-paced launches.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, NPI program management.
• Experience designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise-wide supply chain operating models.
• Analytics tooling experience (Power BI, SQL, Python) and ERP/APS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define, standardize, and govern phase-gate criteria for supply chain readiness.
• Build SCPM toolkits, playbooks, and dashboards with RACI alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Silicon Design Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Lead governance and post-launch retrospectives to capture lessons learned.
