Job summary
Cisco is seeking a Leader for Semiconductor NPI & Ramp Planning in the San Jose area. You will mentor SCPMs, align cross-functional teams, and drive execution from prototype to production ramp.
You will shape ramp strategies, manage risks, and ensure predictable launches across engineering, manufacturing, and supply partners. You will partner with Foundry and OSAT teams, oversee supply chain ramps, and help establish scalable NPI processes for rapid, reliable product introductions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required with 5-10+ years in a supervisory, people-leader role.
- Demonstrated success leading complex product introductions and ramps in semiconductors.
- Experience managing supply chain execution across global suppliers and partners.
- Deep semiconductor supply chain knowledge including foundry ops and OSAT.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning, capacity/demand planning, inventory, and S&OP.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SCPMs responsible for product execution from Exec Commit to ramp.
- Translate commitments into actionable supply chain, manufacturing, and programs plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across PM, Eng, SC, Mfg, Finance and Quality.
- Oversee silicon operations, foundry relationships, and prototype execution with OSAT.
- Develop scalable NPI and ramp processes to improve launch predictability.
