THE ROLE:

As a key member of our front-end design and integration team, you will collaborate with top professionals across architecture, IP design, physical design, and product engineering to ensure first-pass silicon success. Your contributions will impact the creation of cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of computing.

THE PERSON:

They are highly accurate, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and verify Design for Test (DFT) architecture and features to ensure robust testing capabilities.
• Perform scan insertion and generate ATPG patterns to optimize test coverage.
• Validate ATPG patterns through gate-level simulations for accuracy.
• Conduct analysis to improve test coverage and reduce costs.
• Provide post-silicon support for silicon bring-up and yield learning.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of DFT methodologies and verification (e.g., IEEE1500, JTAG 1149.x, Scan, memory BIST).
• Experience with Mentor TestKompress and/or Synopsys TetraMAX/DFTMAX.
• Proficiency with VCS simulation, Perl/Shell scripting, and Verilog RTL design.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
