The STARLINK Silicon Assembly initiative seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and scale high‑performance teams through rapid prototyping to high‑volume production in a demanding cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years in a manufacturing/test environment or 5+ years without a degree.
• 3+ years leading manufacturing teams and safety-critical equipment.
• 3+ years of formal team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing specialists and technicians for process development and high-volume ramp of silicon packages.
• Own safety performance and ensure EH&S training and policy adherence.
• Develop and mentor team through training, performance management, and career progression.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Develop and execute daily production plans based on customer commitments and available resources.
• Analyze production data, resolve issues, and lead root-cause analyses (5Why, 8D, A3).
• Partner with engineering on manufacturability, standardization, and variation reduction.
• Act as the primary technical decision-maker for production, efficiency, and personnel matters.
