Qualifications

• 3–5 years in fine dining, preferably in a hotel, resort or club environment.
• Must multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and present menus.
• Take orders for food and beverages and serve in dining areas.
• Describe specials and promotions to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and wine list.
• Process orders in POS and ensure accurate billing.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and well-presented.
