Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is hiring Fine Dining Restaurant Servers. Positions available for both full-time and part-time, with hourly wages plus gratuity eligible. Typical shifts are 3:30pm–10:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

We seek energetic servers with exceptional service, strong communication, and a professional presentation. Experience in upscale dining preferred; ENCORE knowledge helpful. Benefits include free meals, 401(k) match, paid time off, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional service orientation and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1–2 years previous experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club preferred.
• Knowledge of ENCORE, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dining service to members and guests.
• Take orders, serve courses, and clear tables promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas.
• Assist with special events and banquet service as needed.
