TOTEME Kafé on Madison Avenue in New York is hiring full-time Baristas. You will prepare and serve coffee, beverages and baked goods, while delivering welcoming service and maintaining a clean Kafé space. You will work with the Store Team and report to the Store Manager.

Required experience in cafes or hospitality, barista skills, NYC food protection or willingness to obtain, and fluent English. Training and a fast-paced environment are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Experience in a café, specialty coffee, food service or hospitality environment.
• Barista experience and knowledge of espresso equipment preferred.
• NYC food protection certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver attentive, knowledgeable service.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard.
• Present and sell baked goods and other Kafé products.
• Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
