Job summary

Hideaway Pizza is seeking a Bartender (Server) to deliver an exceptional guest experience with strong knowledge of our menu and service standards. You will be part of a fun, professional team, serving high-quality cocktails and beverages while maintaining a clean, safe dining area.

The role requires 21+ years old status, prior bartending experience, and valid Food Handler and Alcohol licenses. A varied schedule including nights and events is expected in a dynamic guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Prior bartending experience required.
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers and Alcohol.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including shifts, holidays, doubles and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures in handbook and training guides.
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with crew and managers.
• Meet physical requirements (standing, lifting, stairs, repetitive motions).

• Robust understanding of Hideaway signature items and beverages.
• Apply responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Produce the highest quality of alcoholic beverages.

• Protect the financial interests of Guests, You, and Hideaway Pizza.
• Create a FUN environment.
• Other duties as assigned to support guest experience.
