Job Summary

We are seeking Signals Analysts to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This role will provide critical intelligence support to our customer supporting Redstone Arsenal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the analysis and processing of signals and signal data related to military and weapons systems. A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required for this role. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI.

Employment for this position is contingent upon customer acceptance and successful security crossover. Final selection, start date, and offer of employment are subject to contract terms and client approval.

Required Skills

• Analysis of signal structure, signal parameters, signal content, and modeling of signal behavior
• Experience with collection systems and ability to collaborate to optimize collection profiles and satisfy customer requirements
• Demonstrated experience utilizing IC tools and databases to analyze, process, and document signals data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills

• Experience with radar and weapons systems, datalinks, and digital signals processing
• Experience with military order-of-battle
• Demonstrated experience processing large data sets into usable intelligence products

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field and five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Certifications and Credentials

• Active TS/SCI with current (within last 5 years) CI Poly required

Total Compensation

The salary for this role depends on education and experience.

Final compensation will be based on factors such as role scope, experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, customer needs, contract requirements, and business considerations. Depending on the role and contract, employees may be eligible for additional compensation, including overtime, shift differentials, incentive pay, or discretionary bonuses.

For multi-location roles, the posted salary range may reflect a national or role-based range and may vary by location and contract requirements.
