Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Signal Integrity & PCB design Engineer in Santa Clara, CA to drive SI/PI design, PDN optimization, and high-speed PCB work. You will lead design activities, run system-level simulations for interfaces like PCIE, MIPI, HDMI, and work with packages and PCB teams to ensure accurate model correlation.

Candidates should have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years in SI/PI, strong EM knowledge, and hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro and related tools.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years in SI/PI.
Strong EM and transmission line theory knowledge.
Experience with PCIE, DRAM, MIPI, HDMI, USB interfaces.
Proficient with Cadence Allegro, Sigrity, HFSS or similar tools.
Understanding of high-volume PCB manufacturing impact on SI.

Responsibilities

Lead SI design activities and PDN optimization.
Perform system-level SI/PI simulations for interfaces (PCIE, MIPI, HDMI).
Collaborate with Package and PCB teams for model correlation.
Analyze TD measurement and material characterization results.
Deliver post-layout SI improvements and design guides.
