Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on SI experience with SerDes and high-speed signaling.
• Experience reviewing test data to diagnose failures and root causes.
• Laboratory validation and measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SerDes and SI issues across modules.
• Analyze test, validation, and manufacturing data to identify failures.
• Perform investigations in Failure Analysis and SI labs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support global manufacturing through data-driven troubleshooting.
• Travel for training and factory support.
