Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions is seeking an experienced Signals Integrity/Power Integrity engineer to lead SI/PI analysis for complex PCB and system designs. The role requires defining architecture, channel budgets, and performing detailed simulations with correlation to measurements.

The candidate will develop models for packages, PCBs, connectors, and channels, and collaborate with silicon, package, board, and manufacturing teams to tackle challenging SI/PI issues.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Signal Integrity or High-Speed Design.
• Strong understanding of SI/PI, EM theory, and transmission line analysis.
• Hands-on experience with HFSS, Cadence Clarity, Sigrity, Keysight ADS.
• Laboratory experience with VNA, TDR/TDT, high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, and de-embedding techniques.

Responsibilities

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Signal Integrity, High-Speed Design, or related areas
• Strong understanding of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity principles, electromagnetic theory, and transmission line analysis
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Ansys HFSS, Cadence Clarity, Cadence Sigrity, Keysight ADS
• Laboratory experience with Vector Network Analyzers, TDR/TDT systems, high‑bandwidth oscilloscopes, and de‑embedding techniques
• Experience analyzing PCB channels, connectors, cables, packages, backplanes, and midplanes
• Experience with 112G/224G PAM4 SerDes systems and relevant industry standards
• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or automation frameworks
