Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; service management software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance requests for signage projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and service technicians.
• Manage service orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Allocate resources and dispatch service teams based on project requirements and technician availability.
• Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain records of service activities, including work orders and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, parts procurement, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SLAs.
• Assist in preparing service quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
