Qualifications

• Construction management or project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage custom sign projects from contract through installation and completion.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, designers, production, installers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate materials, fabrication, permitting, delivery, and installation.
• Communicate project updates with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer expectations.
• Review project costs and help maintain profitability.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
