Whitfield Signs LLC is seeking an organized Project Manager in Statesboro, GA to oversee signage projects from planning through completion. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and can juggle multiple projects to keep them on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience in construction, signage, architectural products, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Experience performing material and project takeoffs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initial handoff through completion and closeout.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate key milestones.
• Track project progress and address delays, conflicts, or missing information.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, sign plans, site plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with estimating, purchasing, production, and installation teams.
