What Success Looks Like
A successful Project Manager at Whitfield Signs:

Takes ownership — treats each project as their responsibility from start to finish.

Plans ahead — identifies potential problems before they affect the schedule.

Communicates clearly — keeps clients, contractors, subcontractors, and our internal team informed.

Pays attention to details — verifies drawings, measurements, materials, schedules, and scope.

Gets things done — follows up consistently and keeps projects moving.

Protects the customer experience — represents Whitfield Signs professionally and works to create long‑term relationships.
