Job summary

DUO│Signage + Graphics in Maryland is seeking an organized, hands-on Production Manager to lead our signage and large-format graphics production team. This full-time role ensures projects stay on schedule, safely and efficiently.

You will coordinate daily production schedules, oversee printing, finishing, fabrication, and quality control, and work with sales, project management, and installation teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign production or large-format printing.
• Prior leadership or production management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules, priorities, and staffing.
• Oversee printing, finishing, fabrication, and quality control.
• Monitor job progress and resolve production issues.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and installation teams to meet deadlines.
• Coach and support production team members.
