Job summary

Strategic Factory in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a dedicated Large Format Operator to produce vinyl graphics and signage. You will operate large format printers, perform weeding, lamination, masking, trimming, and prepare graphics for installation, shipping, or pickup.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to read job tickets and production instructions. Work is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM in a fast-paced, supportive production environment with room for

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Experience in large format printing or vinyl production preferred.
Experience weeding and masking vinyl is highly preferred.
Ability to laminate and apply vinyl is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

Operate large format printers and finishing equipment.
Print vinyl graphics, signage, decals, banners, and other large format products.
Weed vinyl graphics accurately and efficiently.
Apply transfer tape/masking to finished vinyl graphics.
Laminate printed vinyl using a roll laminator.
Trim, cut, mount, and finish printed materials per specs.
Inspect finished products for color, quality, defects.
Read and follow job tickets and production specs.
Prepare graphics for installation, shipping, or pickup.
Maintain a clean, safe production area.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.
Collaborate with production and signage teams to meet deadlines.
