Job summary

KM Printing, LLC is seeking a Signage Field Superintendent to oversee field execution of commercial signage projects from site survey through final installation. The ideal candidate will lead installation crews and subcontractors, coordinate with General Contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion across the Greater Baltimore/DC area with occasional out-of-town projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, detailed site planning, and effective communication with site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in installing commercial signage.
• At least 3 years leading field crews or similar leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing subcontracted installers and internal crews.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL.
• Experience with heights and aerial equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews and supervise subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate jobsite activities from surveys to final installation.
• Coordinate with General Contractors and other site stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion across projects.
• Maintain field documentation and punch-out process.
• Communicate project constraints and progress to stakeholders.
