Job description

ChicagoSigns.com is looking for someone with experience in signage to join the team. This will be a client-facing position, so the right candidate will have experience with signage materials, builds, installations, and a background in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow signage leads and communicate with customers about potential projects, guiding them through the process and explaining materials, installation techniques, and project requirements.
• Manage art (not create), quote with vendors, and determine project scopes based on client needs and manufacturing constraints.
• Coordinate installations, shipping, and logistics.

Preferred Skillset

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred.
• Ability to read and create basic construction drawings.
• Knowledge of signage materials and additive manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and technical discussions with manufacturers and installers.
• Vendor sourcing and quoting experience; existing industry vendor knowledge a plus.
