Job summary

Newman Properties Inc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom sign, service, and fuel rebranding projects from permitting through fabrication to final installation. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field crews to keep schedules, budgets, and client expectations aligned.

Responsibilities include managing permits, code compliance, procurement, and detailed documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with experience reading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in signage, construction, or custom fabrication project management.
• Experience with estimating, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of sign types, materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
• Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Square Coil ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle for signage, service, and fuel rebranding projects.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and authorities.
• Prepare progress updates and reports.
